Allwrite Productions presents the new stage play “Let It Flow,” a spectacular musical drama that challenges your perception of force versus flow. Based on real-life events, “Let It Flow” is a 2.5-hour stage play featuring 14 original songs that range from R&B to Gospel and even jazz and blue grass selections. The play tells the story of an influential megachurch pastor whose somewhat naïve, loyal cousin, Oliver, gets a major opportunity to perform secular music. As family members try to force their effect, their own closely-guarded secrets erupt and threaten everyone’s future. The songs profoundly help to narrate and navigate the tale that provides greater insight into the interpersonal struggles and secrets within religious leadership.
